FAQ

1. How do we ship products?

Orders ship three times per week through a courier service. Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number through our email service. If you have purchased as part of a promotion, please note that shipping may be delayed due to high volume of orders. We will endeavour to get your orders out in a timely manner.

2. How do track my shipping?

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is posted. Express post shipping is not available on any sale items.

3. Payment options?

We accept payments from all major credit cards and PayPal and Stripe. Prices are listed in AU Dollars and will be converted to your local currency upon checkout.

4. Does Project Beauty offer discounts and specials?

Our goal is to provide low cost, high quality makeup all year round so that you can build your makeup collection without breaking the bank. We do not offer ongoing specials due to the low cost nature of our products.

5. What is your returns policy?

We refer to the ACCC repair, replace, and return refund policy. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However if there is a problem with one of your products do not hesitate to contact us via email: projectbeauty@outlook.com
